Fleetwood’s Technical team is made up of hand picked hardware and software specialists. We choose our people very carefully. We look for “technical visionaries”. We encourage free-thinking and are unafraid of whacky ideas because we’ve seen how sometimes the most absurd thoughts are only a step away from genuine insight. Of course, we also want our people to have their feet firmly on the ground because we create products that work – and work well – in the real world.
